What are your delivery options?

We offer both standard and express delivery to all customers based in the UK. Orders are usually sent via Royal Mail, DHL, and Parcelforce; Express delivery is £9.50 and Standard delivery is £4.99.

Express UK delivery will take an estimated 24-48 hrs once dispatched, while standard delivery can take up to 6 working days. Both services may be delayed up to an additional 2 weeks due to the strikes and Christmas/NY period. Delivery should be back to normal from mid-January and when there are no Royal Mail/DPD strikes taking place.

For international orders, deliveries may take 1-3 weeks to be received and the delivery costs will be calculated at checkout.

Please allow extra time to receive your order due to the current Covid-19 situation, some orders may take longer than usual to arrive.

What do I do if a promo code or gift card isn't working?

Double check that you have typed in the characters properly. If it is a promo code, and it continues to not work, then you either haven’t qualified for the discount (usually there is a minimum basket size), it was issued for single usage or it has expired. 

Gift cards are only valid for a year, unless otherwise stated. Moreover, you can only used one promo-code at a time!

If it is a gift card and the problem continues to persist, kindly contact cs@prestigiousafrobeauty.com along with the name and email address of the person who initially purchased the gift card and we will resolve the issue.

Do you offer free delivery?

We offer free standard and next-day delivery on a seasonal basis and via our VIP newsletters, so sign up here to be notified. Alternatively, you can obtain free UK standard delivery when you spend £65, or free UK express delivery when you spend over £100 per order.

Where is my order?

Orders are usually dispatched within a working day of the order being placed and should arrive within the time specified. Keep an eye on your emails for updates or log into your account here.

Where can I purchase gift cards?

You can purchase gift cards from the value of £20 to £500 from either here or on our Instagram page here. They are valid for a year from the date of purchase.

 

ARE ALL THE PRODUCTS 100% NATURAL?

 

The majority of the products sold at Prestigious Afro Beauty are natural and free-from toxic and harsh chemicals. There are a few products sold on here like hair gel, moisturisers or hair brushes etc., that are not totally made from natural, organic or Eco-friendly ingredients and will be labelled accordingly in the product description. We strongly advise you read the ingredients list provided by the brands. 

What is your return and cancellation policy?

All sales are final. You will not be able to cancel or amend an order once it has been submitted.  


In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product(s) or that a product has arrived damaged, please contact us here so we can resolve the issue. A ticket must be raised within 14 days of receipt of the order. We only accept returns and issue refunds for products damaged during transit, the above process  MUST be followed and once we have validated your claim, the return address will be provided and a refund will be processed within 7-10 days of the damage goods being received.
