We are confident that you will be happy with your order. Therefore we operate on the terms that all sales are final, and orders cannot be amended or cancelled once they are placed, as mentioned in our FAQs and terms and conditions. For hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns. However, if you are not satisfied with the condition the product(s) arrive in e.g. the product(s) arrive damaged or is faulty, we are able to process a refund for those items as long as we are notified within 14 days of you receiving the goods subject to the conditions set out below.

To request a refund or exchange please email cs@prestigiousafrobeauty.com with your order reference number, the name of the items you would like to return, and the reason for the refund/exchange along with supporting images.

While Prestigious Afro Beauty store is more like a department store, some products are shipped directly from the brand, therefore a return address will be shared with you once your request for a refund or an exchange has been provisionally approved. The brand/our warehouse manager will then inspect the returns and we will inform you of whether the return/exchange has been approved.

If the refund is due to a shipping error the brand/Prestigious Afro Beauty will cover the cost of returning the item. In all other cases, you are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to the brand.

Please note that items must be unused and returned in the original packaging.

Once a refund has been approved, you will receive the appropriate amount within 7 working days of the item being received by the brand/our warehouse. For an exchange, you will receive the item within the normal delivery time. Orders purchased with gift vouchers are refunded through vouchers rather than cash.
